New equity ETF from Xtrackers on Xetra: access to climate and sustainability-oriented companies in Europe
Since today, a new exchange-traded fund issued by Xtrackers has been tradable via Xetra and Börse Frankfurt.
The Xtrackers MSCI Europe ESG UCITS ETF tracks the performance of the MSCI Europe Low Carbon SRI Leaders Index. It contains only companies from developed European countries that are part of the MSCI Europe Index and have a high performance in the areas of environmental, social and corporate governance. In addition, these companies have a lower carbon footprint compared to their peers.
Currently, the reference index includes around 200 companies from various sectors such as healthcare, finance and industry. The most strongly represented countries are Denmark, France, Great Britain, the Netherlands and Switzerland.
