With this Newsflash, Deutsche Börse announces the introduction of the next Member Section enhancement: Release May 2024, which will be available as of Wednesday, 29 May 2024.

The following change will be introduced with this release:

• Declaration of Personal Reliability of Board Members

Trading Participants are required to provide the Declaration of Personal Reliability of their board members during the onboarding process and whenever a new board member has been appointed. This process is currently conducted via e-mail.

With this Member Section release, the process of the Declaration of Personal Reliability is triggered via the Member Section to improve efficiency and user experience.

Board members who need to provide their Declaration of Personal Reliability will be automatically identified and the responsible Central Coordinator and Admission Administrator will be assigned a task in the Member Section to provide the board member’s e-mail address, so that the respective board member can be contacted by Deutsche Börse regarding the collection of the Declaration of Personal Reliability.
