The Novem Group S.A. (ISIN: LU2356314745) has been listed in the Prime Standard on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since today. The shares had an initial listing price of €16.50. The issue price was €16.50.

The IPO was accompanied by J.P. Morgan, Berenberg, Commerzbank, Jefferies and UniCredit. J.P. Morgan and Berenberg act as designated sponsors on Xetra. Specialist on the trading venue Börse Frankfurt is Baader Bank.
