New Tabula ETF on Xetra: Asian corporate bonds with sustainability filter and currency hedge

A new exchange-traded fund from issuer Tabula has been tradable on Xetra and Börse Frankfurt since Thursday.

With the Tabula Haitong Asia ex-Japan High Yield Corp USD Bond ESG UCITS ETF (USD) - EUR-Hedged Dist investors participate in high-yield bonds of Asian companies denominated in US dollars. However, bonds issued by companies in Japan are not included. For inclusion in the index, debt instruments must have a minimum remaining maturity of at least one year and a minimum outstanding volume of USD 250 million.

Companies with significant business activities in thermal coal, adult entertainment, alcohol, gambling, tobacco, weapons, nuclear energy, genetically modified organisms and recreational cannabis, as well as companies that violate the UN Global Compact or are involved in serious ESG controversies, are not included in the index.

The weighting of a sector and a company is limited to 50 and three per cent, respectively. Any coupon payments are distributed to investors. Currency risks against the euro are reduced in this share class.
