1.  Introduction

With this circular, we inform you about the trading parameters and fees for utilization of the extended T7 Entry Service (TES) on trading venue “Börse Frankfurt”, available as of the introduction of T7 Release 11.1 on 22 May 2023.

Please take all required preparatory measures for utilization of this service.

3.    Details

With the introduction of T7 Release 11.1 on 22 May 2023, entry of on-exchange off-book transactions via TES (Entry Type “LIS”) will also be offered on trading venue “Börse Frankfurt” – corresponding to the offering that has been available on trading venue “Xetra”. Entry of on-exchange off-book transactions via TES is possible for all instruments tradable in the electronic trading system T7 on trading venue “Börse Frankfurt”, with the exception of Structured Products. The functionality will be available as of 25 May 2023.

In this context, also the trading hours for entry of on-exchange off-book transactions via TES (Entry Type “OTC”) in bonds will be aligned with those for the other instruments. With this adjustment, in the future, the following trading hours will apply for the T7 Entry Service on trading venue “Börse Frankfurt”:

The other parameters for the entry of on-exchange off-book transactions via TES (Entry Type “LIS”) on trading venue “Börse Frankfurt” (minimum tick size, minimum order size, price corridor, time period for entry and approval of offer conditions) are in line with those parameters applicable for this functionality on trading venue “Xetra” (MIC: XETR).

The fees applicable for entry of on-exchange off-book transactions via TES on trading venue “Börse Frankfurt” will be added to the Price List for the Utilization of the Exchange EDP of FWB Frankfurt Stock Exchange and of the EDP XONTRO. Section A (Price List T7), in the new chapter 2.3.3.3. Please refer to the attachment for details.
